      On December 2, 2024 a water heater was installed at my home. The very next day the water heater stopped working. They came out for service and informed me that the temperature gauges were not set. Two days later the water heater stopped working again. I was then told they needed to order parts from the manufacturer that one of the elements went bad. (the elements to this particular water heater can be bought at Lowe’s.). After several phone calls to the business. On January 16, someone finally came out to replace the elements and told me the other element was the wrong size. Now the business unresponsive in coming to fix my water heater as I have no hot water unless I push the emergency button. I contacted the manufacturer who informed me that the unit was installed incorrectly and that at this point I need both elements changed. This would not be covered by the manufacture warranty due to the unit being installed incorrectly. I paid LeClair‘s $2300 for a new water heater. Doesn’t a business need to get a permit in order to put in an electric water heater? Now the water heater is installed wrong and they
      will not come out to fix it.
