              I went to Starling Physicians Dermatology on January 15 2024 to have two spots removed. I was charged $652 for a 30 minute office visit. Neither of the spots changed at all over a period of months. The person who performed the 2 procedures in my opinion was incompetent. I tried to work this out with the office manager but she refused to refund my money or fix the issues by performing the two procedures again this time at no charge. She also mentioned several times that the “customer is not always right” and then rudely walked out of the room after refusing to give me the contact information for the corporate office. She wanted to charge me again for the same procedures. I assume this would be another charge of $652. Given their failure to deliver services the first time I have no faith that they know what they're doing and that anything will change a second time around. Nor do I want to reward a person / company for their incompetence by paying them twice as much as I should have. This company doesn't care about customer service, doesn't know how to do their job and couldn't care less when a customer has an issue. I will not be paying Starling Physicians Dermatology one penny for their non-service, arrogance, incompetence and lousy customer service. I would like Starling Physicians Dermatology to 1) remove this bill from my file and 2) refund me $265 I paid upon leaving for one of the services which again, did nothing.

              I was just asked to leave my new primary care physician's office at Starling Physicians in *********** because I asked if I had to have a second EKG for a surgery pre-op visit when my cardiologist had just performed one a week and a half ago. The physician said this is the way we do things and if you won't sign the form that says that if your insurance won't pay for the duplicate test you will have to - I cannot work with you. Get dressed and leave. So I was left hanging without a pre-op physical, blood work that I did not have a copy of nor was it reviewed with me, and medications that had not been renewed. So I was out of my medications. I was sent a letter and told that I had to find a new physician in 30 days. This was the second time that I had to pay for routine medical tests/procedures because the office double billed me for a physical and a wellness visit at the same time when I joined the practice without my knowledge (and I had already had a wellness visit). Then when I went to pick up my blood work I was charged 65 cents per page for a 20-page lab report - ***** would have sent it to me at no cost! Be careful if you go to a Starling Physicians' office since it seems like they are required to have a quota of tests that they have to administer and they double bill so the patient is left holding the bag paying for costs that insurance would normally cover if the proper procedures were followed.
