  I’m a a** **** *** woman that was scammed by this company that built my decks and porch and bathroom, everything failed inspection and needs to be removed and replaced correctly according to the inspector and another reputable contractor that gave me a estimate off almost $100,000 and the owner of the company refused to remedy the situation and also refused to give his insurance information so I can contact them regarding this issue off scamming a single female senior citizen, the decks are dangerous and not built correctly and he also scammed a insurance check from me telling me it was his , he lied and ruined my beautiful home and he won’t return calls or emails , the entire job needs to be redone before some body gets injured entering my home, this builder takes advantage of female seniors and I’m not the only one that has had this problem and it’s need to be addressed immediately because it’s dangerously unsafe to walk on the decks he built,he refuses to do anything please help me

  Let me preface my response by saying that I have known Ms. ******** for over 40years, ** *** *** * ***** ****** ** ** ********. My company has a clean record of wonderful service in the community. In reading this complaint, it does not reflect Ms. ******** as I know her, and appears to be written by someone else, or someone in a compromised state. Ms. ******** praised my work before an unknown male came to her home requesting to complete various repairs.  The job in total is not even one sixteenth of the $100K suggested. I have offered to return to do the work, but have been refused access to her home. There was never a request for insurance information. There was no request on my part to obtain an insurance check, and in fact, when offered the same, I refused explaining that I would not take a third party check. I have l****d out for Ms. ******** over the years, as she is also my neighbor, but it appears there are other factors beyond my control which are at play, and effecting the situation.
