      Placed an order in November and many weeks later (it’s now mid-January and still not received. They used to be better. Company has taken a nosedive in the last months.

Both our team and our store partners were overwhelmed with orders during the holiday season. I apologize for the lack of customer service you received during that time. We have had time to review what did not work during the holiday season and have made many improvements to ensure we are in a better position this year and will be able to give quick and excellent customer care moving forward.       Do NOT buy from Reserve Bar! HORRIBLE customer service! My order arrived a week and a half late, and they gave me the runaround thru emails and won't return any calls. Do not do business with these people!

      They were weeks late on my order then the order showed up and it was not what I ordered. Tried to get a person on the phone and all they have is automated phone system. I was given a number to text live chat and no one responded. This the absolute worse place I have ever done business with and would advise people to steer clear of them. I gave them one star only because there was nothing lower. Will call my bank and dispute payment in the morning.

Our team and store partners were inundated with inquiries due the holiday season. As a result, our resolution speed was far below where we wanted it to be and I can assure you that we have made changes to prevent this from occurring in the future.       I certainly won't be purchasing from ReserveBar again. I placed an order for 5 bottles of gin for a gift a full month ago. All items were listed as in stock and ready to ship, with 3-7 day delivery. After 2-2.5 weeks of zero updates of any kind (shipment or status update - all of which were stated as things that would happen), 3 bottles arrived. I contacted the company asking for a status update on the other 2 bottles. Zero response. All you can do is email them - they don't even have a phone number to reach a customer service agent, which is a horrible business practice and major red flag. I emailed again 2 weeks later - still no gin, no update, no response. Finally got a short email 1 month later saying the last two gins aren't in stock after all and they have no idea when they will be so they're refunding me. I know things go in and out of stock with manufacturing delays - that's not the issue. It's the fact that they had no idea they actually weren't in stock in the first place, and then weeks of no updates after repeated requests for assistance from customer service, followed by just canceling the rest of the order without any sort of explanation for why their customer service is so unresponsive or asking how I'd like the situation handled. Seems this type of problem is extremely frequent among many customers. I really wish I'd read the reviews on here first before taking a chance on this company. Again, nobody is faulting manufacturing delays and a busy holiday season - it's the inability to reach a human being, a full month of zero contact or updates, and finally just cancelling the order with no conversation about it. Their service partner who those gins were supposed to be shipped from - Longhorn Wine & Spirits - was almost as bad (they, at least, responded promptly once to say they were out of stock and had no information on an estimated delivery). ReserveBar, frankly, shouldn't work with them either. Although I'd recommend staying far away from both.

As a result, we were significantly delayed in receiving and sharing the update that two of the bottles you purchased were out of stock. That is never the experience we want for any of our customers and I am so sorry that happened. We have had time to review what did not work during the holiday season and have made sweeping changes to to ensure we deliver a better experience for our customers this year. I hope you will give us a try again to see improvements.

      FRAUD/SCAM COMPANY. Placed an order over three weeks ago, guaranteed shipped before Christmas. It’s now 2 full weeks past Christmas, with zero shipping info and no responses from customer service agents.

      I've used reservebar 2 separate times and they did ok but this time they ******* the pooch.. i placed my order on December 5th and its now January 5th and I haven't heard anything from Reserve Bar or the store that is fulfilling the order. I have sent a lot of emails and texts to Reserve Bar and an email to fulfillment store. Customer service is a joke I only get a answering machine the tells me to email ot text them but that doesn't work nobody ever responds..The website said it should have been shipped in 3 - 7 business that was the only reason I ordered from them in hopes to have it for Christmas so I could gift them to family ..??reservebar

We are a small team and were extremely backed up due to the holiday season. I see that we were able to respond to your message on January 5th. This does not take away from the frustration we have caused. We learned so much from he busy holiday season and have made changes to ensure we will not be in the same position we were in las year.       Placed an order on December 9 and it is now December 29, and I have heard nothing from Reserve Bar or the *** store that is supposedly fulfilling the order. I have sent multiple emails to Reserve Bar and an email to the fulfillment store. The website said it should have been shipped in 3 - 7 business days. Amazing that they charge your credit card immediately upon placing the order but are never notified about being out of stock, can't ship to your state, etc. I have sent an email to Reserve Bar asking for a refund. No response. Can't believe that this business has an A- rating on BBB. I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company. Just like everyone else, DO NOT ORDER FROM RESERVE BAR!!

I understand you did not receive it, so I believe it was lost or damaged in transit. Then Christmas came and went. I imagine new years will come and go as well before the product comes. Ridiculous!! I can’t get anyone to so much as answer the phone or email. Someone finally answered me on ******** messenger. I get a general message that they are trying to figure out what’s going on. Tracking has never worked. Never!!!! I am at a loss. Very HORRIBLE very disappointed and disgusted. Feeling like it’s a scam. I just want my money back. Horrible. Just horrible.
