- closing date: April 14,2023 - purchase price: $428,000 with 20% down payment - Countertop was drilled and installed incorrectly and needed to be replaced . New kitchen cabinets were damaged with cracks, poor craftsmanship. - $840 installation fee for our appliances (dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator, and washer/dryer) was charged, but our built-in dishwasher with costumed panel still not installed, to date. - Before closing, The head of the project, Don H****, signed an addendum assuring us, the buyers, the issues will be corrected within 30 days of closing. It has been over 5 months and there has been very little planning and communication on how our issues will be resolved. - Despite multiple one-way phone calls and emails, we rarely receive any response from Don, and there has not been any type of communication that shows they are diligently working and planning to resolve our issues, only false promises. Our kitchen currently has a piece of plywood that serves as a “temporary countertop”, with a very unstable kitchen faucet installed, this “temporary fix” has been going on for 3 weeks, where we were told it would be a 2 days job and done all in once, scheduled for 9/7-8. Despite multiple check in phone calls we made to ensure that they were planning for all parties to make it happen. This issue is getting dragged for way too long, beyond what my wife, I and our 3yo could endure. It gets even more frustrating when we kept getting very poor communication and false promises, please help us resolve our issue
