    SOMAK is an absolute disgrace to property management. Karina is not just rude or dismissive—she is the single worst representative of a company I’ve ever come across. She’s arrogant, completely unqualified, and thrives on creating conflict instead of solving problems. Her behavior is toxic, petty, and downright unprofessional, and it’s clear she enjoys making life harder for the very people the company is supposed to serve.
    Communication? Nonexistent. Emails are ignored, calls go unanswered, and problems are left to rot for weeks or months with zero follow-up. When they finally bother to respond, expect contempt, hostility, and excuses instead of solutions. Accountability doesn’t exist here—it’s brushed off, denied, or flat-out ignored.
    SOMAK isn’t just incompetent—they’re negligent, disrespectful, and shameless about it. Clients are treated like an inconvenience instead of paying customers. This company should be avoided at all costs. If you want to experience frustration, disrespect, and absolute indifference, hire SOMAK. If you value even the slightest shred of professionalism or common courtesy, RUN the other way.
