    I purchased a camper with cash and an insurance policy on my camper in march of 2024. I have barely been in the camper due to numerous issues that keep happening. First it took awhile to deliver to me than they sent it back to have it sprayed for mold at the shop so it didn’t get back to me till June of 2024. I move in and had to have them come out for numerous problems with the Rv. The flush was already broken the man who pumps my sewage told me otherwise I wouldn’t have known. Every time I went to service the woman Yvonne didn’t want to deal with me and would hang up the phone every time I called with issues. The black tank exploded and they had it from Feb 2025 to July 2025 and the tank seems smaller and fills faster than before but everything is the same. In 2024 the motherboard went while everyone was in vacation no emergency number or anything so I was living in an Rv at 49 degrees for a week till everyone got back. No hot water. No heat. There is more things but I can’t remember everything but it’s been since I bought it an issue all the time now it’s the wiring my alarm going off for long amounts of time. I feel like I was given a lemon. I’m tired of calling them all the time or going there just to be either hung up on or brushed aside Please help me!!!
