Business ProfileforOxxo Care Cleaners

On June 10, 2023, I dropped of a coat (value $350) I am selling on **** for cleaning to Oxxo Care Cleaners in ******. I have used their services before, they have my information, including phone number on file. I tried four times to collect my jacket during their posted business hours, and the business was not open and their automated pick-up service work. I tried to call but the voicemail was full, we tried to call their corporate office and the voicemail is also full. On my last attempt, 7/8 at 2:50pm the building was closed with a sign in the window stating the business was closing as of 7/25 and all dry cleaning must be picked up by 7/14, and you can only pick up on Saturdays from 10a-3p. I was there during that time, and they were closed. I spoke to others in the business next-door who stated many other people are having the same issue. I was never called about this closure or the change in pick-up policy. I am concerned the business is going to discard or sell the clothing that remains in the shop and that their limited hours are not honored and unreasonable. Please advise or help. Thank you.
