            They didn't comply with the requirement as stated by the manufacturer, ******** patio ; the carport I bought was 10x30 inches not 10x15.....when the crafstman came he didn't know how to start....after taking all the parts out he didn't realize the size was too short to be 10x15 " in front & at the back of the car...so when I came back at night I found out about the issue....I was asked to pay the balance even though I didn't see the work...I did not get any pictures...I got so upset : I called the bank to have some of money back : 350 & 450...the bank did not understand the real problem....I'm going to step forward and contact the CEO of ACE Handyman as soon as possible...to avoid any further action, you must reverse some of what I paid within 10 days....!!!

            Hi *** ******* you hired us to install your carport they way you wanted. As you confirmed after job was done, we spoke and you told me that before job started, on the first visit our tech looked at the job and showed you the measurements you wanted to have and told you he thought was very small but you did not want to spend more money on your project and so you wanted it your way, our crew did it they way you wanted it, we have videos and photos which were sent to you as well to your CC company when you tried to charged us back unjustly. We even offered you to go back and check what can be done extra to make you happier but you decided to start creating false accusations and untrue statements. You absolutely know we did a great job and a proof of that is that you paid once we got job completed and also you signed our completion documents. It a shame you decided to go this way!
