Received horrendous perm service from this salon. Completely ruined my hair. Product type not disclosed, product type used not honestly represented to customer, unskilled stylist who was not competent to process, roll, dry, etc.. in addition to using the "incorrect product for hair type" when the customer told her what type of perm to use, (the customer shouldnt have to do this!) She still used the SALON recommended perm much to my utter disgust! (Product issues?? $$$$) Proceeded to used a completely dirty brush with another customers hair to dry my hair! Owner not interested in seeing the end/horrendous result, or helping! He assigned receptionist and stylist that didnt do the work, to oversee. Stunned at the complete lack of integrity in handling of this salon. They were not interested in working to correct the damage or even view by the owner! Receptionist bullied me to leave salon. Followed by then harassed by phone/police to not go back to establishment which I never would! !!! Totally lack of care! Absolutely disturbing handling. Although the (assigned) stylist strongly agreed/stated it was totally and absolutely the salons fault/error, they had complete lack of care and professionalism in handling the problem. The stylist (assigned) was working with me on how to proceed when the receptionist (assigned by owner) called owner, who would not answer calls or emails, to demand/push me out of shop without full correction of the problem! Not that it could be fully corrected., however, I was formulating a plan on how to proceed with (assigned) stylist when receptionist insisted I LEAVE! The most disturbing case of customer abuse I've ever seen! The salon took the position of blaming, bullying and harassing the customer using the police! Preposterous situation. This all could've been handled in a professional manner but the owner was NOT INTERESTED! While he sends "flowery emails" to get you as a regular customer, but when there are problems --- he hides! Absolutely disgusted! I've never seen anything like this in my entire life, My hair is also completely ruined and the assigned stylist has photos. PLS HELP. We cannot let businesses bully customer and twist stories, "using" the police, My Lord what has this country become? I also have photos which Im too embarrased to send. See salon! Let them TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY. I want my hair back!
