This garage is running a car wash membership scam. I paid $20.21 for a car wash October 15th and used a credit card. I live in *** **** **** and this was in ***********. They charged my card for $42.53 on the 15th of November and December and I have spent a lot of time on the phone with ******** to get the money credited back. The merchant was blocked from charging my ******** card again. I just learned they are disputing the credits. In December I called and told them I never signed up for a car wash membership- I don't live there, nor do I keep my car there- and the person on the phone gave me a number to text and to state the last four digits of my card to be reimbursed. I received a text stating the 'membership' had been canceled but they never reversed the charges. Apparently they are trying to state the charges were valid but cannot produce a signed receipt from me for $42.53. Additionally it is all over ****** and **** this business is doing this to all of their customers using a credit card. This is an active and blatant scam. I've attached my ********card statements showing they keep reversing the credit from 11/15 because the merchant is stating the charge is valid. Tonight I learned they are also challenging the December charge. Currently ******** has still granted me a credit for the December charge but it is still pending investigation. I want the charges for 11/15 and 12/15 permanently credited back to my account.
