    I bought an oven from them. When I took of the back plate to install the electrical cord it was wet and burnt. It looks like it it caught on fire before. They said they can swap it out once. The oven they swapped it out for leaked water all into the back of my car. The oven seemed like it was left outside. They said it was normal and it was a cleaner that is a fire hazard as it is water with electrical. I wouldn’t test out the oven because I didn’t want to get electrocuted and die. They said there is nothing they can do about it. I asked them to take back the oven and get a refund as I do not trust the appliances from there anymore. They said they are not giving me a refund and they are not swapping out this oven another time . They then proceeded to shut the door in my face. Two ovens with water damage and they claim they are both fine. I took videos of the oven that was in my car for 40 minutes leaking water still it was full of water. these appliances are complete safety hazards . The warranty means nothing if they only swap it out with another broken appliance. nowhere on the warranty does it say they will only swap it out once.. They said since I didn’t try it to see if it worked that it doesn’t matter I don’t trust plugging in a oven that has been soaked in water . Complete joke of a company.

    If I could leave a ZERO review I would. Dealing with this business has been a disappointment from the beginning. The first freezer I bought from them did not work at all. I notified them right away and after several phone calls arranged for another freezer to be delivered. The second freezer works (except for the displays on the door) but was missing a shelf. Sent them a photo of the serial number and was promised a new shelf. I picked up the new shelf a few weeks later and it doesn't fit. Not even close. Called them back and was told a special order has been placed for the correct shelf. The last contact from them was that the shelf was supposed to be delivered a month ago. And now they won't answer my texts at all. I called the store twice and was given the name and number of the supposed owner , who has ghosted me so far. Don't waste your time with them folks. The headaches are not worth it.
