    I brought my vehicle to Croce’s for a transmission replacement in January 2023, trusting them to do quality work. Unfortunately, that was a huge mistake. They installed a faulty transmission that completely failed just a year and a half later.
    Not only did they overcharge me for the work, but the transmission they put in was clearly either defective or installed improperly. When I reached out about the issue, they were unhelpful and took zero accountability for their poor workmanship.
    Instead of standing by their work, I was left to foot the bill for a second transmission replacement. Their incompetence has cost me both time and money ($12,000), and their dismissive attitude towards fixing their mistake was insulting.
    Under no circumstance should you ever take your vehicle to this shop. They do not stand by their work and they do not care about you once they are paid.

    They don’t deserve any stars. The mechanic never tightened up the bolts on oil filter ring. Oil came out I had to bring car back. They also over charge. I fight him in the price. Go somewhere else.
