- We try our hardest to detect problems with customer provided digital pictures and artwork and work with the customer to correct those problems prior to printing.
In the rare case of a workmanship or printing defect caused by variables other than the customer provided picture, we will offer a full replacement or refund.
In the case of product damage during shipping, we will work with the customer to file a claim with the shipping company. If the claim is not paid we will provide a replacement product.
In the case that there is no damage per se, but the customer does not like the product, we will refund/exchange at our discretion depending on the reason for the dissatisfaction. - Business Categories
