            We bought this ring as an engagement ring. The item description said it has a moonstone as the main stone in the middle. Last week the stone fell out. Luckily I saw it fall out and was able to find the stone to get it put back in. We messaged the company and asked if they would be able to reset the ring. They emailed us back and said no problem. They wanted us to ship the ring to them. I was looking at the recent reviews and noticed that many people never got their shipments so it made me very nervous to ship this ring across the country. I ended up taking it to a local jeweler to get it reset. This jeweler said that the stone was just a piece of glass and not a moonstone. He said he would still reset the ring. He said the ring fell out because the glass was chipped. We then have attempted to contact the company to see why we got a piece of glass and not a moonstone. We paid almost $1500 for a piece of glass. We have not gotten a response yet.
