This business has been charging me / ******** ****** ******* ******** for two years after multiple requests and attempts to cancel this account - the company they are charging hasn't been in business since the beginning of 2022 and I have sent multiple emails, attempts, calls, and nobody at the company is willing to address it. Furthermore, I have had another account with this entity / Factset through a different business (********* *******) for over a year, and yet they just charged me another $9,000+ (w/ no contract) for the forward year. I have 2yrs of emails documented trying to address this situation - this company is being predatory and not addressing my persistent requests to address this and cancel this account (i'm paying them it's just not through Franklin Street). I was finally able to have a conversation w/ an account representative in November and thought this was addressed (Samantha Glicker) after over a year of attempt to reach someone and address the issue. This is the only business that is trying to do this to franklin street since our investors pulled their capital at the beginning of 2022. The company is intentionally disregarding my attempts to address this issue, continues to run up bills and won't cancel my account despite having a separate account, and is starting to cause duress and financial harm. I have documentation of correspondence showing the complete neglect this business and it's employees have taken, and now they have outsourced over $18k to a credit collection agency after I have been working feverishly to address this issue. I have been a client of this company since 2005. No person and no business deserves to be treated this way. I want this account cancelled immediately and rebated for past charges and will use all options available to me to make this right.
