    If you are in the market for an appliance stay away from Aitoro. They have no return policy, even for the one that simple don’t work!. If your brand new appliance does not work they pass you to the manufacturer. Even the manufacturer suggests to return to the store! This is the quote from their customer rep “if you buy a car and drive off the lot and stops working it is manufacturer you need to deal with! “ Not something I expected from a reputable appliance store. Go somewhere else!

    I have never dealt with a more unprofessional and unresponsive appliance dealer. We bought a newly built one family house in ******** *** and the builder unfortunately used Aitoro for the appliances. There are several issues with the different kitchen appliances, and it is close to impossible to get warranty works arranged. I highly recommend not to deal with this company.

    If anyone is tempted to purchase any kind of appliance from AITORO i would encourage them to look elsewhere.
    I ordered an ice maker and it was never properly installed. Dealing with them has been a nightmare. Now they insist that any parts have to be paid for by me even though they admit that this appliance has never worked properly. It was initially installed in Dec of 2022 but they say that the warranty is over. Still no ice.

    These people have a local monopoly on Subzero fridges and it really shows. When they required me to pay in full upon order, no one told me it would take 18 months to deliver a fridge. They were horrible to deal with and largely unresponsive as I sought updates on timing. When it finally came time for delivery and installation, their incompetence led to it taking three days to deliver and install the appliance. Time and again they said something and did another. If you’re buying a sub zero, take the time to find another dealer even if outside your geographic location.

    I checked in or Point of Sales system to look up this customer. I can not find an order under the name ******* ******* We would love to help and address the backorder, we would need the name the order is under.
