    I was contacted by Datto in June of 2019 regarding a remote management and monitoring service for computers and mobile devices. I purchased a 1 year subscription to the service and was told by Jeff Atkinson that after the one year contract I could cancel at any time. WE HAVE NEVER USED THE SERVICE DURING THIS TIME, but have continued to pay $92.50 per month since that date. In October 2023 I needed to use the service to connect to a mobile device only to find out that Datto REMOVED THAT FEATURE without notice and continued to bill. On Oct 24th I sent an e-mail to my account representative to cancel my account as we switched to another provider. Datto responded that I am under Contract under June 2024 but no one will provide me a contract where I signed up. Multiple phone calls and e-mails to Emerson Hadley, Thomson Maher and their supervisor Mandy Sun have not resolved the issue. Request your agency assist to cancel ALL Datto services effective 10/24/2023 and prevent further billing. Thank you!

    Signed up with Datto, and service was not bad. Overall, its a decent product. When I cancelled at end of my contract, they kept billing me. Their excuse was that the account represenative is no longer with the company and therefore my cancellation request never got submitted. I submitted my cancellation request per their terms. Its now been over 6 months, they are still billing me. Looks like I will be contacting credit card to avoid any future payments to them. Been one of the worst service cancellations Ive had to deal with. If you decide to do business with this company, I recommend that you keep records of everything for evidence if you need to cancel and/or request a refund.
