            I made a reservation in advance for my spouse and myself for a two night stay in a large room with a sofa and included complimentary breakfast. When checking in I was told breakfast was not included, and when entering my room it was small with no sofa nor any room for one. I had to pay for breakfast, and I experienced numerous other issues during my stay as detailed in my letter to the Inn’s owners and sent to them 4 times (July 6, September 6, October 16, and November 17), without any response whatsoever from them (much less any apology, any remedy, or any monetary consideration, nor any communication at all from the Inn via mail, email, telephone, or text.

            This hotel took a reservation for 2 nights but when checking in said we only have it for one. For second night wanted to charge us $430/ night +taxes non including breakfast!!! Max price authorized and displayed on inside room door is $369. Receptionist advised we book through *******. We did save $80. We had no choice. And they knew it. It was outrageous and is indeed very bad business practice and dishonest. Wrote to general manager an email he did not reply to. They simply don’t care and offensively overcharge. This should be reported and they should reimburse us. The room is tiny. Smaller thank a standard motel *! Bedding is terrible. Broken mattress. Noisy as you hear the next door neighbor like he and she are in your room. Terrible experience.
