I wrote a complaint on Crunch website (on 3-15-24) about the fact that the manager suspended my son's membership because they let a NON MEMBER into the gym, who then went into the bathroom and PUNCHED another member in the face. When I asked the manager to restore my son's membership because he was not involved with the incident, she said not until she feels like it. I asked when his membership would be restored, her reply was maybe May or June. I said that is not acceptable, her response was she cancelled his membership. All I want is to be able to go to the gym with my son and not be harassed by the horrible management team. ***** ******Review from Bill C

Besides not being clean and the equipment being in a constant state of disrepair, Management is horrendous. When I tried to cancel my membership, no one returned my calls and the Manager claimed it wasn't his job. Not worth the money.Review from Jay S

Horrible experience. When you go to the gym, they say you need to email the manager.. when you email the manager .. you don't hear back or acknowledgement that they have received my email or anything.. + they charged me again eventhough I cancelled my premium membership 6 months ago.. no reply from managerReview from John C

No one ever answers the phone at the front desk today is 9/9/2023 i called them 3 times no one answer but they have the audacity to tell me in order to cancel my order i have to pay them a month in advance then i can cancel.Review from Trina G

It is very challenging to cancel membership despite calling and emailing their location. I was unable to speak to someone at the facility as all communication was provided online. Despite the back and forth required to cancel (resulting in several days) they would not make an exemption to waive the final months fee. I now have two months of membership that I cannot use because I am not living in the state anymore. There was also no other contact information provided to file a complaint.Review from Shruti K

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received at Crunch Fitness Center. Despite cancelling my membership last year, Crunch Fitness still charged me the annual fees. And this year, I registered for a promotional offer, but even after cancelling my membership 10 days before it kicked in, I was charged a fraudulent annual fee upon cancellation.This level of service is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. As a customer, I expect transparency and honesty from the companies I do business with, and Crunch Fitness has failed to meet those expectations. Not only have they charged me for services I did not use, but they have also deceived me by charging me fraudulent fees. Furthermore, I was not even asked for my consent before being charged for the annual fee.I believe that as a customer, I deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism, and I feel that my experience at your center was anything but that.I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and take the necessary actions to ensure that Crunch Fitness is held accountable for their actions.Review from Valery E

I am subscribed to a personal training program, unfortunately I started presenting a terrible pain on my back that I could not even walk. I went to the doctor, I got an *** and it shows that I have a herniated disc which means I basically cannot do any sports at all. I went through the policy and it says that if it is due to a medical condition you can cancel and be refunded the remaining. I called and they picked up the phone saying that I have to go to the actual place, then I ask the lady on the phone about what documents I have to bring with me and she says she doesn't know, and that a manger could tell me that, so I go ahead and ask her for a manager, she says there is not a manager there and that she does not know when the manager is going to be there. I proceed to text my personal trainer and he says that the Regional manager was there at the moment, an that they could help me. I ended up going to the gym even though I was on a really bad pain and that I did not have an idea about the documents I needed to bring with me. When I get there the manager talks to me saying that I needed to pay in order to cancel my subscription, I show her the *** and she says that it doesn't work for her and it is not enough to cancel the subscription for me. That I need a doctors note but that she ca n't assure if the note is gonna work or not. I went through the agreement which I signed when I enrolled and Read to her exactly what it says YOU MAY ALSO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING REASONS:If, upon a doctors note, you cannot physically receive the services because of a significant physical disability for a period in excess of six (6) months. and she answers emphasizing on the word disability hinting that my herniated disc is not an actual disability. I cant even walk or dress up by myself and she is hinting that thats not an actual disability for her? I guess she has to see somebody on a wheelchair so she can take it as a disability.Review from Kylie P

*************** location has HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. DO NOT GO THERE. I recently was robbed of my money all through the pandemic, in addition, I told the manger in November I hated this gym and did not with the return he told me I could cancel by calling. However , he is NEVER available when you call. The staff lies and says hes not in it hes in a meeting, when lets be real theres no gym meetings! We are not that goofy, I called in March to cancel my membership and was told because I was in contract I couldnt cancel.. which is a lie. But the high school student took my info and told me his manger would handle it. It was NEVER handled and I was charged for ***** then the manager would not give me a refund because he faulted ME! Disgusted!! Charged for time when *** was closed during ***** then refused to refund... When reopened have been charged even with membership on hold and charged again now that cancelled!!! Forced to close my credit card!!
