              I cancelled my membership in Dec 2023 with a written notice from the gym to cancel any further charges and refund me the incorrectly charged annual fees. I was charged $28.65 for the month of Jan and Feb both as well as a $93.01 annual fee incorrectly. The gym owes me $150.31 which they are not returning. Everytime I contact the gym, the representative says the gym manager is busy and the gym manager never returns any calls. I have been following up 3+ weeks, called 10 times with no resolution. This is a fraudulent business with the manager being completely unprofessional - not attending a single call with the customer and also being racist, using derogatory terms to describe the gym customers.

              I wrote a complaint on Crunch website (on 3-15-24) about the fact that the manager suspended my son's membership because they let a NON MEMBER into the gym, who then went into the bathroom and PUNCHED another member in the face. When I asked the manager to restore my son's membership because he was not involved with the incident, she said not until she feels like it. I asked when his membership would be restored, her reply was maybe May or June. I said that is not acceptable, her response was she cancelled his membership. All I want is to be able to go to the gym with my son and not be harassed by the horrible management team. ***** ******
