    My name is ******** ** *** ****** I am a patient of Sono Dental---On May 8, 2023 I went for an office visit because the filling from my tooth #13 fell off, after x-rays were done, they told me I needed a root canal and we made a payment agreement (which I can attach for you to review). Also on that day, I told the manager, Joel, that I was switching jobs because I just graduated from nursing school so I knew for sure that the first visit was going to be covered by the insurance because I was still working but I was not sure if my two other visits would be covered as well since by then I was not longer working with my employer (******** ****** ********* . The agreement was as follow: 1st visit I needed to make a payment of $189, 2nd visit a payment of $330 and last visit (3rd) another payment for $330-- he ran my insurance and made the agreement based on my plan. For my first visit I paid the $189.00 on May 8, for the second visit on May 23 I paid $330.00 BUT for my last visit on June 10 (even if my insurance was still active) the manager decided to charge me the FULL amount of $897.00 " in case the insurance did not pay" and agreed to reimbursement if the insurance paid. On June 16, I received all my EOB from my insurance company, Delta Dental, showing that they approved all the claims and paid to the dentist office. I waited a few weeks for them to contact me regarding the reimbursement but never happened. On June 22, I decided to reach out to them but I was told that the manager was not available, and he will return my call but he never did, until today when I left a message stating that I will reach out to the BBB and file a complaint because my insurance sent me an email today confirming that they have paid to the dentist office and the last payment was issued on June 13. My insurance was also active until June 30. All m y calls and emails have been ignored by Sono dental, and the office has been dragging this matter for weeks now without a positive response.
