      ************ *** **** had a three year contract with ******** ***** (now 365 Data Centers) from 2018-2021. Since then, they have auto-renewed us without notice and without a signed contract. We were told in August 2023 that our contract is expiring in 12/16/2023 and that their monthly rates were increasing unless we commit to another 3 year contract.
      We are a non-profit and found a more cost effective internet provider for our organization. We contacted 365 Data Center in writing on 10/27/2023 to say we would like to terminate our service with them. After a week of follow-up, we were told that we have been auto-renewed for another year without any notice. We contacted them to find a reasonable solution, we communicated that we are open to paying the 90 days out from the cancellation date. We have also asked them to match the lower price we are receiving from another internet provider.
      We have been told on multiple occasions, by 365 Data Center, that we cannot terminate our account because we have a contract with them. After PNY requested a copy of a current contract, we were sent an expired contract from 2018.
      Attached is our last contract and a summary of an email exchange with 365 Data Centers. We have tried in good faith to work out a reasonable and fair solution with them but they have been unable to provide a current signed contract nor are they willing to come to a reasonable resolution.

      The issue with the business in acceptable terms.  We would like to withdraw this complaint since we have reached an agreement with the business.
