  I requested a repair under my sink because of leak. I had a guy come out and they quoted me six or $700 that was for some part that cost couple bucks and I had to call the manager just to negotiate lower price. unfortunately eight months on the road I did not pay attention underneath my sink and there’s still a leak. They’re not honoring anything to even look into because they said it’s out of warranty. This is ridiculous. I have a leak and they did poor job of fixing something that I could had even done myself.

  ******** You were originally quoted $458 for the service. After expressing concerns about the pricing, we worked with you and adjusted the cost to meet your requested budget. Additionally, you were presented with five service options, each with different warranty levels. You chose the lowest-priced option, which included a 30-day limited warranty.
  Had any issues arisen within that 30-day period, we would have been more than willing to return and resolve them at no additional charge. As communicated previously, we are still happy to come back out, but since the warranty has expired, there is a service fee to dispatch a technician.
  It’s important to note that we provide multiple service options to allow our customers to choose the solution that best fits their needs and budget. Our technicians are not physically able to proceed with any work—this includes collecting payment, obtaining signatures, or closing out the job—until those options have been reviewed and selected by the customer.
  Lastly, we must emphasize that while we are always open to resolving concerns, your aggressive and abusive behavior toward our team is not acceptable and goes against our company values.

  A-Team is excellent. Fernando was our plumber and very knowledgeable about some challenging plumbing situations. Mine was a frustrating job as I had to keep changing appointments but A-Team were always willing to reschedule.
  Fernado did a perfect job and is a very pleasant person to have in your home.

  If I could leave negative stars I would. We recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring A-Team plumbing for a leaking kitchen faucet after opening up a seasonal property. We knew that the faucet would need to be replaced and I was prepared to pay a reasonable rate to have a kitchen faucet replaced. Unfortunately rather than calling our previous plumber that installed the faucet for $200.00 3 years ago. My mother completed a Google search and found A-Team Plumbing. A-Team Plumbing responded 1st: to the wrong location so my elderly mother had to drive to find the technician and have him follow her. The next issue was that the 'plumber' could not find the main water access which had been turned off due to the leak. The 'plumber' changed out the faucet without testing the water. The basic kitchen faucet was replaced to the tune of $748.00. I have had a lot of plumbing working done in my lifetime, my hot water heater installation was $800.00 so a kitchen faucet for $748.00 really blew my mind. After testing the faucet the line disconnected under the sink and had to be put back together by me. I called A-Team they came out again to check the connection after I explained how it broke apart. They say they checked it to make sure its connected however I am not truly confident that it will hold up. It's unfortunate that nobody monitors these scam companies their prices are outrageous and should be illegal. They continue to tell me it's the price of owning a small business. BUYER BEWARE*******we will never call this company again and will make sure all friends and family are aware that this place has prices that are through the roof.

  ******** we have never dealt with you, but if you are speaking about your mother ******, we are surprised of this review. We have all phone recordings about how ****** loved our company and we gave amazing service. So let's go thru how this job worked:
  Customer called and had a faucet leaking. We explained our fees to come out which was agreed upon. She informed us that the property is hard to find, so to please call - exact words "Cottage is at the end of ********* ****** ****** would like to meet you at the park on the road so you can follow her there. Please call ****** so that you can arrange this." which is what we did, so no technician was lost and needed your mother to find them; that was her request when she called into our company. Once tech was on site, we gave options on how to move forward. Option was chosen and we changed the faucet. No ones arm was twisted, no one held anyone hostage, no one took advantage; it was very easy for your mother to not move forward with the work. And if your other plumber charged you $200 for a new faucet which leaked and broke 2 years later, why did you not call them? So once we were complete with the job, the tech stated we need the water turned back on and no one knew where the main shut off was (normally in the basement, which in turn was outside on the side of them home), so we stated once the water is turned back on, we will come back if any issues since we couldn't test our work. When the water was turned back on, the hose blew off, so we immediately came back to fix. Pricing was complained about, we gave a senior discount (your welcome, so the price paid was not $748), and explained why our pricing is what it is and what it includes. ****** was happy and we moved on. A week later, ****** called again regarding pricing and we explained again about our pricing and that we gave a discount as well. Instead of giving us a bad review, ******** you should have called us incase ****** did not explain anything to you, as we are happy to discuss. Unfortunately, a price was agreed upon, work was completed to the satisfaction of ******, and a week later the price from the other owners of the home was not agreed upon. We were threatened by ****** that if we did not give her back $300 then she would go after us; and here we are with now a bad review. Understand us as a company - we were called for a job, gave pricing, job was done once agreed, and now we have a slanderous review. Please give us a call for any explanations or questions; we are happy to help.

  SCAM!!!!!!SCAM!!!!!!!!!!SCAM!!!!!!!!they had the nerve to add the overflow and waste and they know that was not y I am unhappy and disgusted!!!! Taylor knew she wasn’t going to be able to work on my furnace and still continued to install the thermostat and then charged me and said the company and herself didn’t feel comfortable working on it because it was too old …I mean it was the same furnace she looked at to begin with …she should have known then that it was too old 429.00 for a thermostat. I did not sign the completed paperwork. I called the receptionist wouldn’t give me her name or the owners name she refused I threatened to write an honest review and she hung up on me and would not take my calls
  She had promised to adjust the price until I threatened to write a review and she hung up and have not contacted me back
  Taylor was not transparent and I didn’t appreciate that
  She also quoted me 6500.00 to replace a water heater of course with all the bells and whistles.

  You were not charged $429 for a thermostat. You were charged $353 for us to supply and install a thermostat along with troubleshooting. ****, the entire story: When we came out, you did not have a thermostat on your boiler. Taylor, who is very well loved by all our customers, stated that she suggested you replace the boiler since it is so old and it was starting to decay. You told Taylor that you only want the thermostat installed to get the boiler to start working again. Taylor informed you that we can start by adding the thermostat, but it's no guarantee, you agreed. When the thermostat didn't help, Taylor informed you to contact an electrician due to the fact the wiring going from the thermostat to the boiler was all wrong and needed new wiring. You then spoke with me who I stated to let me talk to Taylor and we will just charge for the thermostat and her time installing it and troubleshooting. You agreed and then gave us a bad review immediately. We never gave a $6500 price for a Water Heater. So sorry you were so unhappy with us with your waste and overflow install. Taylor has amazing customer feedback and I'm surprised you didn't have the same experience as everyone else!
