    A Roof Repair Nightmare
    I thought I'd found a reliable contractor to fix my leaky roof in ********** *** Unfortunately, my experience turned into a complete nightmare.
    I hired A&J Home Improvements & Remodeling LLC based on their initial assessment and agreed to pay them 50% upfront via ****** They assured me the job would be done quickly and efficiently. After a few days, the contractor from A&J Home Improvements & Remodeling LLC told me they would be at my home the next day to start the roof repair. They assured me the job would be completed within a few hours.
    To my disappointment, when I went to inspect the roof, there were no signs of work being done. I reached out to A&J Home Improvements & Remodeling LLC, and they insisted the job was complete. Their excuses were flimsy and unconvincing. Since no work had been done, I had to hire another contractor to fix the roof. I paid them to complete the job, which meant I ended up paying twice for the same repair.
    Seven months have passed, and I'm still waiting for the contractor to return my money. It's clear now that they were scammers. They took advantage of my trust and left me with a leaky roof and a significant financial loss.
    I'm sharing this story as a warning to others. Please be cautious when hiring Armand. This experience has taught me a valuable lesson, and I hope it will prevent others from falling victim to similar scams.

    In November 2022. I hired Armand to gut and remodel a bathroom along with leveling a bedroom. I was looking for someone to complete the job as soon as possible to since I had someone lined up to rent out the apartment for December. I’ve called several times and left many messages and every time is a different excuse or just completely ignores me. It is now the end of January and all he’s done is gut the bathroom. I’ve asked for my money back and nothing. I lost the tenant, the money I would of gotten for the deposit and rent and the apartment is still not ready. This is completely unprofessional.
