    Company URL: ************** We hired ****** to provide care for my elderly mother. My mother is 88 years old, had a stroke in January, and had heart surgery in March. She lives with my wife and I. She has long-term insurance to cover the expenses of the caregivers. ****** requested that automatic withdrawal from her checking account be the easiest way to pay for the caregivers, and they would file a reimbursement claim to her long-term insurance. When we started with the agency, I provided all the information for our long-term insurance and worked with them to get them approved so claims could be paid once they were submitted. My mom only has a checking account with limited money that she also needs to cover other medical expenses and insurance, so having the money from the claims is essential to keep her alive. ****** started when we first hired them, filing claims so we could get reimbursed. I manage her finances as her POA, and I noticed that ****** was quickly withdrawing from her account, but we never received reimbursement from her long-term insurance. I contacted the long-term insurance (10-11) and reviewed her account, and they informed me that ****** had not filed a claim since July, totaling more than $4,000. I finally got someone from billing to respond from ******, and they lied and said that they filed the claims, but ******** **** long-term confirmed that is not true. Unfortunately, we cannot count on ****** to follow through, so hopefully, you can assist. It is terrible that ****** exploded my elderly mother and ran her bank account down to impact her survival. ******** **** suggested filing with Better Business to help get this problem resolved without having to hire an attorney since what ****** did was fraud. ****** automatically dedicated dates and amounts and never filed a claim for reimbursement. 8/7 - $399,50 8/14 - $414.55 8/21 - $432.27 8/28 - $385.87 9/05 - $365.55 9/12 - $333.51 9/18 - $444.70 9/25 - $136.00 10/2 -$136.00
