This company takes on any project and has very little talent that actually knows how to provide the service and product on time. The quality is garbage and every window has to be fixed. If you use a standard systems and are looking for a small qty that may be easy enough for them, but it will be overpriced. For big projects is where they fall short, especially when there is a real construction project including General Contractors and Owners. Schuco USA doesn't have the assembly lines required to make more then 10-15 windows a day and will sub work to other fabricators... (why not go the other fabricators from the beginning?). The leadership there is concerned about the there personal reputation over the company being able to show up and supply customers with the promise they made. Some failed projects for them are; 200 East (Fail), Warf (Fail), Mission Rock G (Fail) and so many more. There lack of upfront good practices create massive problems for all the trades and stakeholders on the projects. Causing delays and leaks for all buildings.
