Payments are made via STRIPE with a debit or credit card.
Refund and Exchange Policy

If, after the second session of a package, you are dissatisfied, you may request a refund in writing, minus the hourly rate for the sessions attended. For example, if you paid $1000 for 8 sessions and decide to discontinue after the second session, requesting a refund in writing, you will receive $1000 - $250 = $750 in return. Once you have attended the third session, you are no longer eligible for a refund.

You may pause your sessions for up to 6 months for unforeseeable family or personal emergencies. You will not be questioned about the circumstances necessitating the pause. After 6 months, your package of sessions expires. There will be no refund for expired packages; refer to the refund policy in the paragraph above.
