September 16,2023 schedule event for this company. It was scheduled for my wedding. A different team showed up with half of products and not what we requested at all. They charged 16 and 18 for drinks per piece than 6 and 8 and promised. There was also no pitchers of water and juice. The guests were served open cans of soda and some were charged for those. When soft drinks were included with our paid package. There was damage to the bar cooler at venue. The damage was water damage due to the several bags of ice that was out in it. The bartender team was told several times no ice in the cooler. We had to use several rounds of buckets to dump out the ice at the end of our wedding. The team did not provide toast drinks either as discussed. The team promised didn't show and they sent another team unfamiliar with bartending. After the event I talked to the owner who said she would give me 400 back. I still have not received the last payment. I at this time am requesting a full refund due to the damage at venue and the drinks we didn't get and promised. On ****** reviews it seems I am not the only one having this terrible treatment. Please review and help me with this matter. Thank you
