    Yes my car was towed on 3/13/25 @2:25 a.m i just brought my car 2 weeks ago I did not have them scratches or damages the company being very indinal of the accident,unprofessional even with me showing proff

    My car was towed on May 4 and was incurred damages to the trunk and car side.
    Invoice uploaded. I paid cash $379.08. When I got home, I discovered the damages.
    Called the tow company, Anthony's Hightech Autocenter **** ** *** *** ***** ** *** ****** ** *** *****, to report damages and how should we rectify this. A VERY rude guy on the phone -- without even knowing which car I was speaking about - said, "That's a lie. The car was left in perfect shape. I have photos and videos."
    I replied, "So do I, let's compare your photos and videos w/my photos and videos." The man, who identified himself as Troy, said, "I don't have to share anything w/you. You do what you gotta do." Then he abruptly hung up.
    Please help me resolve this, Thank you, ****** ******* ******* ** ***** *** ****

    This vehicle was towed for being on Private Property.   PIctures were taken of the trunk area upon the time of tow, showing an extremely dirty vehicle, as well as a lot of imperfections such as scratches and dents on the vehicle.  It was far from what one would call perfect condition before the vehicle was removed from the Private Property location.  As the vehicle was in fact tresspassing on private property, we are not responsible for any damage that may have incurred prior to ** picking up the vehicle.  As previously stated, the trunk was already scratched and marred prior to ** arrriving on scene to remove it.  Any damage to  a vehicle left on private property would be at the owner's expense, as are the towing fees. Apartment complexes have set rules in place for their tenants and visitors and we are not responsible for violators of the apartments rules and bylaws .
