I went to Tire Doctor on Monday March 11, 2024 with a flat in my driver rear tire. The shop accidentally changed my driver front tire instead. I noticed the next day March 12th, that the same driver rear tire was going flat again so I took the car back to Tire Doctor and explained that they changed the wrong tire. They then proceeded to swap the tire with the tire I originally had on the driver front. On March 13th, I noticed my tire light flashing while I was on the highway. On March 14th, I took the car to a different tire shop to get the tire replaced that was on the driver rear since it was bald. As the technician unbolted the tire off the car and proceeds to roll it in the shop he noticed a noise coming from the tire. He dismounts the tire from the rim and finds a broken TPMS sensor. The last shop that touched my driver rear tire was Tire Doctor. They broke my sensor. Since I was already at another shop with the tire off I had them replace the sensor which cost $120. It is a safety hazard leaving the broken sensor rolling in the tire, it causes a vibration while driving especially at highway speeds. I then go back to the Tire Doctor on March 14th, and explained that they broke the sensor and that I deserve to be reimbursed the cost of the sensor. The manager did not want to reason with me and he was walking away as I was trying to show him the pictures of the broken sensor in the tire. He states that he wouldn’t reimburse my money for the sensor because I took the car to a different shop and got it done. The Tire Doctor charged me $70 on March 11th, to replace the tire originally.

If I could rate this business a zero then that’s what I would have done. I advise anyone with a flat tire not to go to this business. The manager Dave is not truthful and will sell you used tires that go flat or blow out while you are driving. His workers use drugs while working on cars. I brought my car to the tire doctor to replace a flat tire with a used tire. They replaced the flat tire with another used tire that went flat the following day. I was told that I would need three additional tires so I paid 250 for 3 used tires. The flat tire that was replaced with a used tire went flat the following day. I called Dave to try and resolve the problem come to a verbal solution but every time I call the phone would just go to the answering machine. I took my car to ****** tire repair and was told that all three tires were dangerous and had broken tire beads and holes that had been patched up numerous times. Never trust Dave or take your car to the tire doctor. They hire people who steals and live on the streets to work on your car. They don’t care about your car and they will sell you used damaged tires so that you can return and purchase new tires. Dave tried to sell me three brand new tires and I told him no and that I wanted my money back. He refused to give me my money back. I do not want Dave or his employees to touch my car. The business should be shut down before someone is seriously injured or worse because of the negligence of Dave and all of his employees.
