I contacted Eddie at Roto King about a problem with a property that I rent to a couple in ********* **. I gave Eddie the address and he promptly went to the property to ascertain the problem. He called me within several hours and told me that the main drain was clogged and the sewage was backing up into the house. He quoted me a price to clear the drain and I told him that I would call him back if I wanted the work done. The next day Eddie called back and said that he did the work without me authorizing the work. He demanded payment of 747.00. I asked what work he had done and he said that the drain had been clogged **** *******. I asked him to send me a work order stating what work he had done and work he did to resolve the problem. He agreed and I gave him my credit card. After a week I had not received the work order and I called his number which goes to an answering service. I also emailed him. He did call back and I asked for the work order that he promised me. He hung up on me and I have not heard from him since. I would like him to verify what he said he did and I needed it to be in writing since we are still having problems with the drain.
