      My 2015 **** ***** ******** was originally brought into Papa’s Dodge in *** ******** ** after an issue with the car starting. After a month and a half of my vehicle being in the shop I was told that the following were fixed; a. Fuel pump and connector, b. Front left wheel bearing, c. Replaced oil cooler, d. Reprogrammed PCM software and e. 2 open recalls. Upon finally getting my vehicle back and paying a large sum of $4,460.66 I drove my vehicle out of the dealership and noticed a jerking motion. I then called the service desk and told them. The service desk told me it probably was from just sitting there for a month and a half. The problem with that is they told me they test drive it time and time again. This would not make sense if it was making this jerking motion immediately upon leaving dealership. I then made it home and the check engine light turned on and my car would not accelerate. The RPM’s went up to around 5,000 and the vehicle would only go around 15 MPH. I made my way back to the dealership only to be told that now transmission codes are showing up which never showed up before or in the time my car was there. This was never an issue before Papa’s Dodge worked on my car. I’m now being told I need to replace my transmission after spending almost $5,000. I then asked to be directed to sales to ask if they’d purchase my vehicle and they told me the very very low number of $6,000 and told me that it would cost $9,000 to put in a new transmission which is just not true and a very undervalued number. I feel taken advantage of and am very angry with the outcome of this business’s service. I have spoken to the help line for Jeep and have made a formal complaint. I want to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I am a firefighter ** *** **** ** ******** near this establishment and hold integrity at a high and meaningful level and am appalled by this business’s actions. Thank you for your time.
