Its website states "We offer Skin Better Science, a medical grade, prescription strength skin care that is FDA approved and clinically proven to improve the overall look and feel of your skin as well as provide a more youthful look" and "Our professional grade whitening gel is an organic plant and mineral based product with built in enamel building qualities. The active ingredients are safe and effective. The whitening equipment is FDA approved, organic, vegan, gluten free and never tested on animals." According to the BBB Code of Advertising, the primary responsibility for truthful and non-deceptive advertising rests with the advertiser. Advertisers should be prepared to substantiate any objective claims or offers made before publication or broadcast. Upon request, they should present such substantiation promptly to the advertising medium or BBB. The business did not respond to BBB's request that it provide substantiation for these claims.
