              I brought my **** ***** ******** in to this business on 6/23 for an oil change and to replace the ac. The communication from the start was poor, and it took until Tuesday 6/27 to even get an estimate. Once I got the estimate, they explained that the housing for the oil needed to be replaced and they needed a part for the ac. The car was supposed to be ready yesterday. Right before I was supposed to pick it up, they call and say the AC needs to be completely taken apart which would be an extra $2000 on top of everything else. This was completely misleading, as the agreement was for fixing the ac and the oil. I’m left with a car with no air conditioning and it barely even started when I took it out of the shop. Not only that, but the check engine light is on, which wasn’t even there when I took it in. I feel like this business engaged in intentional misleading practices in order to squeeze extra money out of me. If the ac was going to be that much work and cost, they should have told me that up front and conveyed that in the estimate. I am seeking a billing adjustment for this case.

              A/C unit in my 2004 Sebring wasn't working. $ 281.32 Recharge and dye check told it was all set. 1 weeks later not blowing cold air. $ 759.60 Replaced condenser told all set. 1 week later not blowing cold air. $ 460.74 Replaced A/C switch told all set ! week later not blowing cold air Total spent $1,501.66 and unit still not working. Brought back two more times to be fixed and stated that either repair it or I would like my money back. Unit still not working and no refund as they claim I need another part.
