    on 4/5/23, the c heck engine light came on in my truck. I checked the oil and found that there was no oil in my truck. I had just been at Colonial Toyota the day before. I called and appraised them of the problem and was told that the car was not serviced the previous day as I thought, just other repairs adding up to over $8oo. I was told to put a small amount of oil and bring it in. I was also reminded that my truck had been serviced 2 weeks prior. I drove to Colonial, dropped off the truck and conversed with the agent and was transported home. After 6 hours I called and asked when it would be ready. I was told that the mechanic stated that the oil was overfull. I put 1 quart of oil in it. I was then told that the check engine light was faulty and th oil pan was full. I reiterated that I had checked the dipstick a number of times, and all that registered on it was the very tip with black oil I am appalled that someone would think that a 69 year old man doesnt know how to read a dip stick. There was no oile in the pan every time I checked, and only had 1 quart in it when I dropped it off

    I have a Tundra 2022, they sent me a notification about 4 recalls over the vehicle, make an appointment, bring the vehicle, they sent me a video showing that rear brakes pads are very low, and explained it, nothing else, no mention about need to replace the rotors. I sent a text back saying “Please change rear brakes”, which, based on the video was only pads, never received a quote before replacing everything or even a verbal mention about the fact that they will charge $916.00 for a pads replacement. They replaced everything without my approval first. It was abuse, it can’t happened, and hope anyone else needs to get this kind of abusive conduct. Very frustrated and angry. The person which dealt with me disappeared and never answered my texts when I was there, but during the day was sending text to me all day.
