      Quadient has its issues as do all large companies. However, I have found an individual who really cares about their customers and the company she represents. After going through three levels of customer service, I was advised to contact the Strategic Account department and was assigned to Nancy G******** a customer service lead. I explained to her the many issues that we were experiencing and the feeling that I had of experiencing that no one wanted to own the problems and address them. After I had explained our issues, she immediately reviewed them with me and went to work to resolve them. She advised me that the problems that we had been going through would be addressed. Over the next few weeks, she was correct. All the current problems have been resolved. I told her something I learned a long time ago working in Customer Service, "One has to take a Moment of Misery and turn it into a Moment of Magic", She definitely accomplished that.
