Upon booking, Deposit fee is to be paid via Credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover) OR non refundable option of Check or bank wire.

Upon pickup we may collect up to 50% of the remaining balance. Payment methods accepted at pickup include Cash, Certified check, Cashiers check or Postal Money order. Payment  can be paid via Credit card with(A 3% Service charge will be added ) We accept (Visa, Master card, Discover) 

The full remaining balance must be paid upon delivery via Cash or Postal money order. 

Refund and Exchange Policy

MoveQuick Inc Cancellation Policy

Theinitial deposit is refundable after placing the reservation as longas you are within 72 hours of placing the deposit. Any refusal ordenial of service, either verbally, In person or over the phone willbe treat as a late cancellation made outside of the cancellationwindow. No refund will be issue if service is refused or denied onthe day of pick up. All refund request must be submitted in writingto [email protected]  within 72 hours of placing the deposit. Refunds areissued twice a month. Cancellations made within 7 days of the originalpick up date will be charged the full deposit.

Process of cancellation

1) Send email to: [email protected] stating your job number and brief explanation of reason.
2) Wait for reply with date of refund to be issued.
