I brought my cuckoo clock to him on 2/1/2020. He promptly sent the clock out to have the wooden face repaired that was damaged by another clock company ***** ** *********** *** then after that nothing. I paid him up front $523.40. Yes we had the pandemic, however, after he was able to reopen again, I still never got it back. I got it back In mid October 1, 2023. A few days ago I called him. This was my first chance to hang the clock and it wasn't working. He told me what to do to correctly set it up which it is working. He was calling me insensitive, that during these years he had been "under the weather". But when I read his reviews, during these years, he did other work like travel to another state to help someone bring a grandfathers clock to Connecticut that was inherited, and another persons' clock in 2021 that she says it doesn't work. He is extremely curt, and at one point he even said to me on the phone, " well you can't do anything because you don't have your receipt" I emailed him a copy of my receipt. This week when I called him, he said he would only come here to set it up and then said after this I am done. His receipt says I get a one year warranty.
