I would give zero stars if I had the option .Do not bring your pet to this place !! I have never seen anything like this in my life !After waiting 8 hours with my dog who had just had airway surgery at their facility, extremely ill, coughing , vomiting nonstop , and being told there were many critical pets that needed to be seen before mine , they sent us to urgent care in Madison who diagnosed our dog with Aspiration Pneumonia. ( I would like to know who makes the decision as to which pets are critical , because I had spoken to another couple who’s dog was there for an ear infection)We had to bring him back to be readmitted. After two days they discharged him , only for him to become ill again. We had to go back again , waited another 6 hours to be andmitt ,Only to be readmitted once again, with a 10 hour wait . I could go on for hours about the unprofessionalism that occurred during this time .This was a nightmare that cost us over $23,000 after being readmitted for a third time. They send your pets home when they are not stabilized. I’m very thankful that by some miracle we still have our dog , ( who is only two years old )but we will never go there again !! He is now being seen at Tufts University where we should have brought him to begin with !!! This totally ridiculous place needs to be shut down !!
