I would not recommend hiring this contractor. We had a contract with John Spradlin 9/2020, owner of Green Village Builders, LLC, he missed the deadline of March 2021, breached his contract, and ended up walking off the job. He was 6 months passed the finish date and blamed everyone else but himself. He was rarely on site to work at our vacant and gutted home. He was not present to oversee subcontractors, lacked communication skills, never issued change orders, we had to babysit him and ask him for weekly progress reports, it was a nightmare working with him. He was not compassionate about our home or project, such a disappointment. We had to redo drywall, paint and plumbing etc. He ordered and installed three wrong sliding doors and when we confronted him about it, he wouldn't own up to it, he made many mistakes, attention to detail was not good and he never would admit or apologize for his mistakes. He stole money from us, we gave him $6k for deck materials which he never bought for us, and then shortly after that walked off the job. He ignores our attempts to return our money. We had many sleepless nights working with Mr. Spradlin. It was such an awful experience. His also lets his license lapse.
