            Business contract/ work order signed on 12/16/19 with Holley Electric LLC .Credential (******) .Job was to convert and rewire entire house from pervious system one family , to accommodate 4 individual apartment at ** ******* *** His fee was $11.000,00, for labor completed. I supplied all materials needed and permits. Jerome first day of work was on 2/5/20.Late in Feb I became concerned regarding work history and after several text. of no call no show. I informed him that he was in violation of his contract. A due date was not written in the contract but verbally stated it would take him several months. He returned asking that I allow him to complete the work. He promised again to complete the job. Due to COVID additional time granted, but in March of 2021 I began texting of completion. He began texting , it was too hot, or he was in to DR. office due to heat. On Aug 20,2021 ,I informed him this would be my last outreach. He texted again stating he would call but didn't

            I think Jerome is a good electrician but his work ethic is very poor. I hired Jerome to work on a piece of property in ********* on 12/16/19, The job was to complete all the electoral work in a four family historical home. He started the job late in January due to waiting for ********** to check and prepare for starting the job. Later in January Jerome called with excuse why job could not began as planned On January 23,2020 Jerome was given a key to the house so he could come and go as he pleased. There were many weeks that passed Jerome would not show up, only being prompted by calls of why he was not showing up. In March I stated texting because it had weeks since hearing from him again, I was one excuse after another. Last communication was in August 20 ,2021
