Subject: Complaint Regarding Incorrect Service – Order #**********

    Date: September 18, 2025

I am writing to file a complaint regarding my recent purchase through *******.

    ******* Code: **********************
    Order Number: **********

    Purchase Date: September 2, 2025

Service Purchased: 1 Session Synthetic-Blend Oil Change

Amount Paid: $22.10 (with promo code applied)

On the day of service, instead of receiving the synthetic-blend oil change I purchased, I was only given a regular blend oil change. This is not the service I paid for.

I have already reached out via email, but have not received a response. I am requesting one of the following resolutions:

A full refund for the incorrect service provided, or

The proper synthetic-blend oil change as originally advertised and purchased.

Please review my complaint and provide a resolution as soon as possible. Thank you for your time and assistance.

This complain is absolutely absurd.  Customer does not or chooses not to understand how modern oil grading works. The oil which was used inside her vehicle is our standard Semi-Synthetic oil which is distributed to us through us through ***** ****. Conventional or Zinc based oils have not been used in many years is only recommended for certain classic cars and would have cost her significantly more than the mere $22 which she paid through *******.  Which for the record, ******* takes 40% of the transaction as a marketing fee (so we are essentially doing the oil change for free, sometimes even at a cost as a marketing tool).  For some reason, she requests a refund of $30.00 which is more than she even paid, for the service which she did receive.  The complain is not only unfounded, it is outright hurtful.  We have been in business a long time successfully because we do what we say we are going to do,with 36 years of solid history to back that up.  Her complaint is invalid and should wiped from the system.  She is wrong about this and has been spoken to by us and has had this all explained to her. She is a scammer that wants a free oil change and an extra $8 dollars.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because my complaint was not absurd. I reached out several times by email with no reply, and when I finally called, I was spoken to rudely. This isn’t about damaging anyone’s reputation — it’s about how my concern was handled and the lack of professionalism shown.
I provided a photo of the windshield sticker, which clearly shows different wording and mileage than usual. I normally receive 5,000 miles between oil changes, but this time I did not. It’s not that I “don’t understand” — I noticed a difference and asked for clarification, which is reasonable for any customer.
Yes, I used a *******, but as a disabled 56-year-old woman, I have every right to look for discounts. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2022 with no prior issues, which should speak for itself. My concern is valid: if the wrong oil was used, it could cause costly damage to my car, which already has 180,000 miles.
I only called after three unanswered emails, and my goal was simply to confirm the service was done correctly — not to get something for free. I expected respect and clear communication, not hostility. Thank you for reviewing my response and understanding my position.

    Sincerely,

    ***** ***

This company misdiagnosed the repair needed for my vehicle and charged me $1266.03 on February 2, 2023. Upon calling them I was told to bring my car back and they would replace my catalytic converter with another one at no cost to me. After doing the repair the second time the check engine light came on 3 hours after I left the shop. Upon calling again Dan, the manager told me that he would do it a third time if needed but at this point it was done twice and I did not think they knew what the problem was and did not want them to work on the car again. I asked for a refund and was referred to someone named Mark who claimed to be the owner. He said that I asked them to change the converter therefore they did what I said without properly diagnosing the problem. I had never spoken to this man before. Initially I simply asked Dan if he thought the converter needed replacement and he said yes without verifying the issue. They asked me to bring it back a third time but they had two chances to diagnose the issue and got it wrong now I simply want a refund but was denied.
