            Contacted BCR to do a full roof redo. They were on time clean up was handled with care but there was a hole left in my ceiling that the owner claims they were not at fault for but I watched the plaster pop and fall off as he was on the ceiling. Also put the wrong color roof on than chosen from previous consultations. We have since fixed the hole but other cracking and bubbling of the plaster keeps occurring. The plaster company we used to patch said we needed a whole new ceiling that the damage to the plaster would keep reappearing in different spots. We have tried to reach out to the contractors for the insurance information which they will not respond back to.

            Best CT Roofing is one one the better contractors we have dealt with as CT homeowners. Jose and Mario were helpful and attentive in the contracting process, responsive to requested upgrades and other changes and throughout the entire process showed up when they promised. The execution of the work was accomplished with a minimum of disruption and a maximum of protection to the landscaping by a crew with impressive speed and skills. 12/21 ***
