I purchased a suit, shirt and bow tie set for my son for his prom. The items were to be ready for pick up on MAy 31st. We went to the store tried on the suit and shirt for a final fitting. IT was fine and we also purchased a belt that day. The woman cashier packaged up everything added the belt and we left. on June 2nd my son got dressed for prom and the bow tie package was never given to us with our order. I called the store to be sure we did not have it and the owner let me know they did have it as it was left in the dressing room. I told him we did not have time to come pick it up so could I just get a refund for that item, he said yes but he did not have time to help me at that moment and he would call me the next day - Saturday June 3rd. I did not hear from him. I called again monday and the person answering the phone said only the owner could refund the money. I called again Tuesday to be told I coud not get a refund as it was my fault I left it in the store dressing room. I explained we were told to leave everything in the dressing room so they could wrap it up. They did not give me the item. And I simply want a refund for the item I paid for but did not recieve.
