      After having our loan sold to them it's been a absolute nightmare. They are very aggressive and rude we have mailed over all of our stuff from the old mortgage company. They keep telling us we own them for 2 months. We were in a category 4 hurricane Ian we're unable to work for weeks we did a forbearance plan for one month. We have everything in writing and sent everything over to them but yet they keep insisting 2 payments from us. We took a direct hit in **** ********* **. Our last lender was ***** ******** they have given us any and all paperwork to send them but this company is all over the place and call at all hours of the day I never talk to the same person which I am glad because it's always a horrible time. Long story short I would never recommend them our use them ever again. It's definitely an aggressive way to treat customers I would never in a million years treat anyone like this if I could put negative stars I would.

      Turner made the loan process quick, easy, and very low stress in a process that in previous times has been very stressful and drawn out. I will be recommending him to everyone i know that is looking at purchasing a home.

      They bought our mortgage and didn’t send any info until halfway through the month and then expected 2 months payments at the same time. They keep calling like we’re delinquent. I’ve never been late paying in my life! They’re rude and abrasive. I wish our original lender hadn’t sold our loan to them.

      I have had a loan with planet for about a year and as of January 1st are raising my monthly payment by $100 stating my tax and insurance went up $40 month, where is the other $60 going? I have called multiple times and they just treat me like I cant do math.

      Horrible customer service, customer service reps are not held responsible for anything they say. Cannot talk to the same representative more then once when I call and when I mentioned recording them on the phone the supervisor refused to talk with me

      Our mortgage was just recently bought out by planet home lending. We were unable to pay our mortgage for two months even though we tried to call planet because we were not in their system yet. They called yesterday and made us pay two months worth of our mortgage without being willing to work with us on even the payment date of December’s mortgage payment. We did not ask for our mortgage to be sold. Part of our November payment is already paid to the old mortgage company and they expect us to pay that to them as well. Very unhappy with the switching of our mortgage company that we had no choice in. 0/10 would recommend to anyone!
