    "I am extremely upset i went to the car wash yesterday 7/29/23 and as i was on the track and i heard a noise like a scrape noise from the driver side wheel area and it ended up slashing my brand new tire and slightly denting a very expensive rim, the manager was NOT helpful at all and did not even seem to care or take my concern seriously, he lied to me saying he did not have anyone higher up then him's information but his employee informed me he was talking to his boss so that is what i do not appreciate and you do not run a business that way, and my tires are expensive." ...
