    I have had 4 experiences in 2022 with Tires International and have been lied to on all four occasions. My company has 3 vehicles that I have brought there and they come back worse and more broken each time, and the manager Dale lies when confronted about it. Vehicle 1 - Came in for rear brakes, tires, and balance. Upon receiving the vehicle back there was a horrific shake at 65 MPH which did not exist before, and the brand new brakes were squealing. I brought back the truck and they said they replaced the brakes and re-balanced the rims. Once again, there was no change and I still had the issue. Dale said it was due to a "supply issue" and they were forced to use a different than normal supplier. This was after the counter employee told me that it is not their problem that the brakes they supplied had issues. Vehicle 2 - We were told that the thermostat needed to be replaced to fix the heating problem. We agreed and got the truck back with a new thermostat and had the same issue. We then were told they had to reflush the coolant because there was an air bubble. After they attempted that, we still had the same issue. After discussing with Dale, he said more parts needed to be replaced to fix problem, but never offered to refund the thermostat they put in that the van did not need. The techs also broke the dashboard clips taking it apart, and left it half assembled with the wiring harness hanging down in the passenger foot area. Vehicle 3 - This van had an air bag sensor issue. They replaced the air bag sensor and the light still came on about 50 miles after leaving. The answer we received on this issue, like the rest, was that they needed to replace more parts to fix the problem. In the middle of all these errors, we still took the time to discuss with Dale all the issues. He blamed suppliers, he blamed his employees, but he never did the right thing. We have spent $2059.53 on repairs and only have worse problems than when we started.

    I will never recommend this place to anyone . 1. Initially I made the appointment which was for mounting and balancing my new wheel and tyre and the guy at the front desk was not welcoming, also rude to me. 2. Did not ask me if I had the lock to the wheels but still I left it in the centre console and was visible. There are certain things you need to ask the customer about the car before taking the car in. 3. it should be stated somewhere that you guys won’t take off spacers that are in a car. I never saw any policy or anything of that sort nor I was not informed as well. I had a 20mm spacers on my car which I asked the manager or the guy at the front desk to remove after they took my car in and the response was “ NO WE WONT DO THAT” . If I was explained why they won’t do it or explain to me in a polite way I would have at least let them mount the tyres on the wheel.This not how you treat your customer. Either when you take down the details for the car you can tell the customer if it is doable or not and not waste the customers time. 4. I do not wish to be treated badly and want to be treated with respect. I was all the way polite and the response from the guy at the front desk was very very rude. I do not know his name but the guy with a beard and a cap. 5. The mechanic who returned my car who was a polite gentleman told me that they did not find the wheel lock key which should have been taken care at first when I initially checked in my car at the front desk. He also mentioned that he does not know why they won’t do it. I assume the guy at the front desk do not know how to do his job or communicate between the customer and the mechanics there.

    We do tire work on a first come first serve basis. We brought your car into the the bay in the order that you arrived. We removed the first wheel and noticed wheel adapters. We didn't feel comfortable working with your non factory adapters. If you need adapters to make a wheel fit your car then they weren't designed for your car. We informed you that we wouldn't do the work but you would not take no for an answer. We did not charge you for our time and you did not purchase anything thing from us and we do not deal with wheel adapters. We are allowed to refuse work.
