    I had been in the hospital for 13 days recovering from spinal surgery, needed a place that had first floor availability, close to my doctor's/clinics for the weekend after discharge to rest and recover before getting into a more stable housing to accommodate my new disability as I can hardly walk or stand on my own. The hospital worked with a family member to make this transition easy and financially taken care Reserved,paid for received the confirmation and receipt. After a long day of procedures and IV therapy before discharge, I finally arrive at my destination which should have been the simple part instead it wasn't. The man working the desk was less than compassionate watching me struggle opening the doors while using a walker and carrying my belongings, next after giving my id and confirmation number he refused to even acknowledge proceeds to tell me that I needed to pay with card but was already prepaid online. He turned me away knowing I couldn't walk and had no where else to go. hours later and paying AGAIN for a room to get it settled. Next day, same guy comes in my room two hours before checkout telling me I had to check out, told me if I wanted to stay I had to move out of the room AND PAY CASH then again, refused to have any compassion and did every possible thing to make it impossible for me to stay even though I could and did pay multiple times. husband met me and got a second room, when I tried to call his room, this man picked up rather than let it go to his room and told me my husband left and checked out refused to put my call thru to him when I needed his assistance instead happily watched me struggle walking to end of hallway crying for my husband as he laughed knowing husband came out of his room to help me, my husband was there, Then tried to say I destroyed the room when in fact I laid on top of the bed and didn't even have a remote to watch TV, couldn't move and the room was practically untouched. Discriminating and disgusting
