I purchased my home in 2019. The previous owner in 2018 installed a new roof by Radomski. The warranty exists. I have made many calls to Dave Radomski to schedule an appointment to repair my roof. He agrees to come out but has never come to the home to repair the roof and has missed three appointments since October 2023. On January 10, 2024 i had to file an insurance claim due to poorly or incorrectly installed roof which has my home under demolition in 5 rooms because of this issue he refuses to repair. This roof is covered under warranty. From the roof inspection report which i shared with Radomski: The chimney flashing is deteriorated due to wear/tear over time which is not covered under the policy. However, the sudden and accidental water damage caused by wind driven rains is covered. When the roofer was installing the new roof they cut strips of shingles and glued them to the flashing under the dormers which is not the correct, therefore, the strips of shingles are now slipping due to improper workmanship/installation which is also not covered under the policy. These need to be repaired in order to prevent further damage. At this point, I do not care about the warranty. I need my roof repaired ASAP. Please help me to have Radomski come to my home and repair my roof to prevent this loss again. Thank you
